Departure Housecleaning: Occupants are expected to leave the unit totally clean. This can be accomplished by self-cleaning or paying the $100 expense for a housecleaning service which we will provide.

Reservations: A $100 deposit must be paid to reserve the unit for the requested time. This amount will be applied to the rental charge.

Payment and Key Pickup Prior to the rental date, please follow this procedure: Receive (2) keys /

Submit balance of payment ( payable to Yokeley, LLC ) / Provide address cell phone numbers and email address.

A limit of (6) adults is recommended.

The following are not allowed: Pets, inside smoking, grills, house parties.

Linens, Towels, and Paper Products must be provided by the occupant.

South has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. 1 bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and 1 queen size sleeper sofa in the den.

North has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size sleeper sofa in the den.

Check-In Time / Check-Out Time : The unit will be available to enter at 3:00 PM. On the day of departure,the unit must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

Items in the unit are not to be removed for use at other locations such as other properties or the beach.

Thermostat Setting and Electrical Devices Please return thermostat to its original setting when you depart, such as 50 for heat or 85 for air conditioning. Unplug coffee maker and iron. Please do not unplug TV, router, ect.

Key Return: Please return keys in a timely manner.
